A private platform for off‑market real estate and private equity

Off Market Trading is the firm. Pocket Trading is its invite-only member platform. Together they give principals, operators, and advisors a private place to bring the deals they'd rather not put on the market — supported by a matching algorithm, a private member network, and the regulatory infrastructure to make introductions and transactions actually happen. (That regulatory layer includes a licensed Florida real estate brokerage; details in the footer.)

We are not a public listing site. Members, assets, and opportunities stay private until the platform identifies a real match — and only then do introductions begin.

Pocket Trading is the first private platform built for it — a working tool for the people already in that conversation. Members post what they're looking for — or what they're holding and would consider parting with — and our matching algorithm works in the background to find the other side. Nothing surfaces, nothing gets shopped, and no one hears from us until a real match is found.
